CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply computed as of the date of receipt of written cancellation notice.

Cancellation Fee Schedule*: All Cancellations must be received in writing

Minimum fee: Your Initial Deposit is non-refundable.

61 days or more prior to arrival: All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged

60-31 days prior to arrival:

  • All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the entire trip cost will be charged

30 days or less: 100% of trip cost will be charged

* Christmas, New Years and Holy Week / Easter Cancellation Policy

91 days or more prior to arrival: All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged

90 days or less: 100% of trip cost will be charged

*Rates are based on group participation and no partial refunds will be given for unused trip arrangements for any reason whatsoever. Once you have been confirmed on a trip that requires a medical certificate signed by a doctor, normal cancellation penalties apply if your doctor does not sign the certificate. We highly recommend that all clients purchase trip cancellation insurance.
